Without an account, your cycle, symptoms, mood, and chart data live only in your browser's local storage. If you sign in, that data is backed up to your private account (encrypted in transit and at rest) so it follows you across devices, and you can delete it at any time. We never sell it.
No. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. When you use AI features, an anonymised version of your context is sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to generate your personalised response — your name and identifying details are never included.
Local data can be cleared in your browser settings at any time. If you have an account, email us at velanourish@proton.me and we'll delete it within 30 days.
